Cooperative constitution

This is an example of how to constitute a Cooperative.

COOPERATIVE CONSTITUTION

All pupils from the 5th course of Ceip Vadorrey Les Allées meet to constitute their

cooperative in Zaragoza, the 11th of March 2019.

This Company is set in order to sell a DVD about Aragon we have produced in English,

Spanish and French. We are also going to make different products in order to sell

them in the market “ Aprender a Emprender”, the 31st of May 2019.

We have made the following decisions:

A) Our Company will be a cooperative.

B) There will be 49 members, who are all pupils of the 5th course of Ceip Vadorrey

“Les Allées”

C) The Company will create their name, logo and statutes.
